James Hoppes believes that everyone at U-M defines the Michigan Difference. "They were selected and accepted into this University. We all come from different walks of life, and my journey may have been a bit more difficult than that of others, but then again it may have been much easier too. I guess my 'Michigan Difference' is just that I realize we are all different and have different experiences, but we are all working hard to be the leaders and the best."
