DPS invites public to March 29 crime meeting

University students, faculty and staff as well as members of the broader community are invited to attend the Department of Public Safety crime meeting at 11:30 a.m. March 29, 2012. The meeting will be held in the Michigan Union Pendleton Room.

Free Personal Safety and Self-defense Workshops

The Dean of Students’ Office is sponsoring free personal safety and self-defense workshops this term .  There’s one this Wednesday March 7th from 6:00-7:30 PM in  3275 CCRB.  Students can register in advance, but walk-ins are also welcome.

Neighborhood Ambassador Program

Neighborhood Ambassadors provide fellow students with information, resources and opportunities to create a better living environment in their off-campus neighborhoods. They act liaisons between the campus, Ann Arbor community, and student residents in order to enhance communication, collaboration and problem-solving.

Late Night Transportation

Late night transportation map

SafeRide is a free service that transports students, faculty, and staff to their residence or vehicle within a one-mile radius of campus. Riders may use this service once per evening and must present a valid U-M ID.
