IMPACT is a campus based leadership institute designed to foster improved relationships among campus leaders through an intensive, interactive weekend program. IMPACT emphasizes problem solving, leadership development, values-based decision making, effective communication, and community development. By the end of the weekend, participants should have a foundation of resources to help them move forward with leading their chapters and a network of peers who share the same experiences.
You are cordially invited to walk down the blue carpet at the Michigan Difference Student Leadership awards with your friends, fellow organization members, or even solo in your snazzy casual attire for a night filled with swag, music, food and many surprises. The Michigan Difference Student Leadership Awards will be held on March 28th from 6-9 pm. at the Michigan Union Rogel Ballroom.
Michigan LeaderShape will begin accepting participant applications for the 2014 Michigan LeaderShape Institute sessions early in Fall 2013. Applciations will be due December 13, 2013.
The dates for the 2014 sessions are: March 3 - 8 (Spring Break); and May 5 – May 10, 2014.
The DSA Leadership Assembly is comprised of the Senior Lead Team and senior directors within the Division. The Assembly meets once a month during the academic year and holds an annual retreat in the spring. Working with the Vice President, the group helps ensure that divisional efforts are in keeping with Student Affairs' overall mission, goals and objectives.
