Be Healthy

Chefs making healthy food

Staying healthy is an important part of being successful.  It all starts with the University Health Service (UHS), a comprehensive health care clinic for students.  Student Affairs also includes Counseling & Psychological Services (CAPS), a free counseling service; and several online resources, including MiTalk and the Mental Health Working Group websites.

Part of staying healthy is being safe, and the Sexual Assault Prevention and Awareness Center (SAPAC) aims to prevent students from encountering such physical and emotional harm.

All of our students have what it takes to reach graduation. At Student Affairs we hope that helping you stay healthy makes it a lot easier.
